Agile Meeting in Kyiv

As the conference room depends on the number of attendees, the exact meeting place will be announced in a few days. Registration is closed.
The main languages of the meeting are Ukrainian and Russian.
The goal is to meet face-to-face and discuss the topics that are interested to everyone in order to exchange experience, share vision on common problems, find good ideas.
The format of the meeting is “round-table” discussions where everyone is welcomed to participate in the discussions.

Starting Scrum:
- starting Scrum: why Scrum? where to start from?
- how to “sell” Scrum to your customers: previous experiences? looking for new ideas
- what Scrum gives to the team: past experience
- estimation and planning: agile release, iteration planning: how it worked for us? where to start?
Advanced topics:
- “100% done” as a key concept of Scrum and agile: what’s and whys
- choosing iteration length: how to find the best for you?
- user stories: what is it? what they bring? how to start? what are the known difficulties?
- retrospectives as a heart of agile: why we need them? how to do them? what are the difficulties?
